6 Years!

We would like to thank everyone for making Crossfit rockford the best community! We are approaching 6 years as a CrossFit Afilliate! Back in 2005 we were the 17th Afilliate and now CrossFit has grown to well over 2000 internationally and the Crossfit Games are being aired on ESPN! What a change we have seen in CrossFit and all of you over the years. We look forward to the years to come!

Andy generously rowed a 20k for 5 days followed by 7500m on Saturday Sept 3rd in an effort to raise funds for Kate Foster.
